- this trip was amazing! 7 of us went on this overnight backpacking trip with snowshoes in in Bloomington Canyon, Idaho. 7 miles up 7 miles down, 6 hours up 4 hours down. We hiked to a Yurt owned by Weber State I believe, and spent the night. It starting snowing about 2 miles from the yurt, it was beautiful, but besides that it was clear skys. At the yurt it was a none stop party for Hidey's birthday, all of us in the birds-eye dome in the middle of yurt. the last mile and half were brutal both ways, so worth it.
